3. Offers & Reservations
All offers on the website are non-binding. Reservations made via the online form are only valid after confirmation by email.
4. Prices & Payment Terms
All prices stated are final prices and include the statutory value-added tax. Payment is made in cash, by debit card or, where offered, online upon reservation.
5. Cancellations
Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before the reserved date. In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.
6. Liability
We are not liable for damages caused by force majeure or third parties, nor for cloakroom items or belongings brought along.

8. Final Provisions
Should individual clauses of these terms and conditions be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining clauses shall remain unaffected. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
