Sleepy Bird combines three worlds under one roof: the relaxed specialty coffee morning, the sociable brunch midday and the upscale dinner experience in the evening. This allday dining concept is still rare in Germany – and that's exactly why it's so successful.
Our locations in Frankfurt, Offenbach and Mannheim prove it: the concept scales. Now we're looking for entrepreneurs who want to bring it to their city.

FAQ
How high is the entry investment?
The total investment depends on location, size and fit-out standard. In a personal conversation we work out a realistic financing model for your location together.
What support do I get as a franchisee?
You receive a complete onboarding program: training for kitchen and service, our proven recipe book, marketing materials, digital systems (POS, reservations, QR ordering) as well as ongoing support from our head office team.
Do I need restaurant experience?
Experience is a plus, but not a must. More important are entrepreneurial thinking, a passion for hospitality and the willingness to work according to our proven concept.
How long does it take from the first talk to opening?
In our experience, the process from site search to opening takes 6–12 months. We accompany you in every phase – from finding the property and the build-out to opening day.
In which cities are you looking for new locations?
We are open to all major German cities with a lively café and brunch culture. Cities with 100,000+ inhabitants, a strong city centre and high recreational value are particularly interesting.
